2. Insurance Verification (When Applicable)
We verify insurance benefits and communicate any out‑of‑pocket costs clearly.
If you prefer Self‑Pay, our rate is straightforward:

  • $225 Self‑Pay

  • Patients who complete the SSP Sleep Screener may receive up to a $100 credit applied toward their Home Sleep Test.
